Fall Project part 2

It is amazing when you start a project how many things relate! The laundry room is the main area of focus but we have also had to work in the sun room, living room, outside shed, and the boy's bedroom to start getting things where they are supposed to be! Here are a couple of pictures from this weekend's work.

We decided to add 2 more shelves to our structure.

We added one to make two small shelves and one at the very top.

Added a couch to make it a bit more cozy.

What we have accomplished so far:

1.Laundry room cleaned out

2. Shelf built

3. Scrap metal taken to recycling place

4.Organizing

5. Moving in the freezer

6.Lots more we didn't necessarily plan on doing!

I don't know what next week's plans are yet. Probably more organizing. I might even plan a garage sale!

Fall DIY Project

We started working on our laundry room this past weekend.

All of our junk! It was/is sitting in the sun room while we work on the laundry room.

Our 5 Year Anniversary

The rest of the trip is only preserved in our memories because that is where the pictures ended! :D

Toad Pictures

Toad/Tadpole is one of the nicknames for the new baby. I'm not quite sure I like it but he needs a blog name so until I come up with something better (or I end up liking Toad) that is what it will be. :)

First cloth diaper. My friends and relations my be shocked to know that I haven't enjoyed cloth diapering a newborn as much as I thought I would. They have such a little bum!

 It didn't work out quite like I had hoped!

But they are still cute!

We received this barrel from some friends and while we were thinking of what to use it for Ike came up with this temporary idea.....
