Of Books and Chalk

These pictures are from a few weeks ago. My Aunt sent some Sesame Street books and the first thing JuneBug did was grab one and head for the couch.

See the ottoman? He uses that to climb on the couch.

She also sent a work belt and he uses the hammer sling as a holster.
~~~
JuneBug's Great Grandma sent him a little package that included sidewalk chalk.
Here he looks outside to make sure the weather is good for going out. (The scratch beside his eye is from when he fell down the back stairs. Another reason he should listen to Mommy when she tells him no.)
Yes, he needed a hair cut badly.
Getting up close.
Tracing his hand.
Are you having fun?
The cutest little sidewalk chalk colorer.
Visiting with Pop-pum & Mum-mum (and Aunt SAM too)
We don't have many pictures since THE camera was here but, when SAM's battery died on the last day, our old faithful was dusted off again.
Whenever my parents come they always have a van-load of stuff for JuneBug. This trip was no exception. I think he is going to be spoiled...
A cool pair of boots, that he wants to wear all. the. time.
A frog ball to replace the smiley face one that got left at the park.
A pair of sunglasses from his Gr-Grandma. Don't ya love the outfit? :D
Doing the duty of reading the card.
Ridin' the "wyin" from his Gr. Grandpa and Grandma.
~~~
Another gift is "seeing" the older generation passing on God's truth to the younger generation. It is a blessing that not many have.

Here Pop-pum and Mum-Mum sing out of the psalter with JuneBug.
