Organizing

 Last week JuneBug and I re-organized the seasonal/hall closet. By the time I thought about taking a "before" picture I had already pulled everything out... 

...and started to put some stuff away. These are the top shelves in the closet:

 Clutter from other parts of the house also found a more permanent home in the newly re-organized closet. Thus some of my more frequently used items are out where I can get them easily. The new home of my crock pot (yes, the top shelves of that unit need organized too):

Weekend Visiting

A couple weekends ago a friend of ours got married. It was in the middle of the afternoon so the little boys napped the whole trip up...

...while Ike and I philosophized (is that a word?) over the concept of forgiveness, which I had been reading about in a magazine.

I had big plans to get lots of pictures of my handsome men all dressed up but I guess I forgot to do it because the ones you see above were the only ones on the camera. :)

We skipped out on the wedding reception so that we could visit some nearby friends.

Sadly this was the only picture of our time with them. But I was glad to be able to catch little C's smile!

Helping Friends

Over New Year's Weekend we went and helped some friends work on their house. But I don't want you to get the wrong picture...we helped with some tearing out. :) They even let me for old times sake use a crow bar to take out some molding around the door.

JuneBug was a little scared sitting up to ride but enjoyed it much better laying down. Ike was even nice enough to pull me down the rode a bit.

PS Ike got to make THE call to work again today! Yippee!
